Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: [23 February 2026]

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MOORPH.APP (“the Service”), a web-based parametric 3D design application. By registering an account, purchasing a license, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service MOORPH.APP provides a web-based interface for generating parametric 3D models. The core functionality, including the ability to export manifold STL files (“Export Function”), is restricted to users who have registered an account and paid for a valid license tier.

2. User Accounts and Security

  • Registration: You must provide an accurate email address to create an account.

  • No Account Sharing: Your account is strictly for your personal use. You are prohibited from sharing your login credentials with third parties. We actively monitor for concurrent logins and suspicious IP activity. Violating this rule will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account without a refund.

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

3. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

  • Fees: Access to the Export Function requires a one-time payment processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your chosen license tier.

  • No Recurring Fees: The current pricing model is a one-time lifetime payment for the current version of the Service. We reserve the right to introduce separate, paid upgrades or new features in the future.

  • Refund Policy (Digital Goods): Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final. Once you have successfully completed a transaction and utilized the Export Function to download an STL file, you forfeit your right to a refund. If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing the Service entirely, contact support within 14 days of purchase.

4. Licensing and Usage Rights MOORPH.APP operates on a two-tier licensing model. Your rights depend entirely on the tier you purchased.

  • Personal License: You are granted the right to use the Service to generate STL files and 3D print them strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, rent, or otherwise monetize the physical 3D prints generated under this license.

  • Commercial License: You are granted the right to use the Service to generate STL files and 3D print them for commercial purposes. You may sell the physical, printed objects anywhere, without limitation or royalties.

  • UNIVERSAL RESTRICTION (DIGITAL FILES): Regardless of whether you hold a Personal or Commercial license, you are strictly prohibited from selling, sharing, distributing, or hosting the digital STL files generated by MOORPH.APP. Your license applies only to the physical manifestation of the design. You may not upload the STLs to repositories like MakerWorld, Printables, Thingiverse, or Thangs, even for free.

5. Intellectual Property The MOORPH.APP software, algorithms, user interface, branding, and underlying code are the exclusive property of Moorph.app. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use You agree not to:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service or bulk-export files.

  • Use the Service to generate models that promote illegal activities, hate speech, or violate third-party intellectual property rights.

  • Attempt to bypass the Stripe payment gateway or content restriction systems.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or entirely secure. Web browsers update constantly, and we do not guarantee that the WebGL canvas or export engine will function identically across all devices and browser versions.

8. Limitation of Liability (3D Printing Specific) Generating a 3D model on a screen does not guarantee physical manufacturability.

  • We are not responsible for any failed 3D prints, wasted filament, resin, or printing materials.

  • We are not liable for any damage caused to your 3D printing hardware (e.g., nozzle clogs, bed damage, extruder failure) while attempting to print files generated by MOORPH.APP.

  • It is your sole responsibility to inspect the exported STL file in your slicing software (e.g., Cura, Bambu Studio) and apply the correct print settings, supports, and physical tolerances before initiating a physical print.

  • In no event shall [Your Company Name] be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms—especially the prohibition on sharing digital files or login credentials. Upon termination, your right to use the Export Function will cease immediately.

10. Modifications to the Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Contact Us If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at contact@moorph.app

privacy policy

Last Updated: [23 February 2026]

This Privacy Policy explains how MOORPH.APP (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website and use our web-based 3D design software.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect (Your 3D Data) MOORPH.APP is a client-side application. All parametric rendering and STL generation happen locally within your web browser. We do not upload, view, track, or store the 3D models or STL files you create. What you design on your machine stays on your machine.

2. Information We Collect To provide you with access to the Service, we collect the following limited data:

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and a secure, encrypted password to create and manage your account.

  • Payment Information: If you purchase a license, your payment is processed directly by our third-party payment gateway (Stripe). We do not collect, process, or store your raw credit card numbers. We only retain a transaction ID, billing email, and purchase history to verify your license status.

  • Usage and Technical Data: Our servers automatically log standard technical information, including your IP address, browser type, and login timestamps. We use this strictly to prevent account sharing, enforce concurrent login limits, and monitor for abuse.

3. How We Use Your Information We use your data exclusively to run the Service. Specifically, to:

  • Authenticate your login and grant access to the restricted /studio/ app.

  • Process your payment and send transaction receipts.

  • Enforce our Terms and Conditions (e.g., blocking shared accounts).

  • Provide customer support when you contact us.

4. Cookies and Tracking Our site (built on WordPress) uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your session data while you use the app. We do not use third-party tracking pixels to sell your browsing habits to advertisers.

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers required to operate our business:

  • Stripe: To process your payments securely.

  • Hosting Provider: Our servers host the website and app infrastructure.

  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if legally required to do so by a valid court order or law enforcement request.

6. Data Security We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your account data during transit. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your password complex and confidential.

7. Your Data Rights Depending on your location (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA), you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data.

  • Request deletion of your account and personal data (Right to be Forgotten).

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@moorph.app. Note that deleting your account will permanently revoke your access to the MOORPH.APP Service without a refund.

8. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page or sending an email to registered users.

9. Contact Us If you have questions or concerns about how we handle your privacy, please contact us at: contact@moorph.app
